Mavyn is redefining the rules in the way road transportation has traditionally worked in India for the last 50 years. Our aim is to provide a simple and transparent model of cargo transportation while offering a strong value proposition to both truckers & shippers.
Job Profile
As a Mobile Application Developer, you will drive and execute technology advancement resulting in higher adoption of the company's offering by potential users. You will define, test and iterate on product improvement and features that drive engagement, improve conversion and eliminate friction from key user flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Coreldraw).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Desired Candidates:
- 2-3 years of work experience as a UX/UI designer. Experience in enterprise products would be a plus.
- Has experience in managing/driving user experience for consumer applications or SAAS applications.
- Has experience in designing application with content, editors and dashboards (both mobile and web).
- Good understanding of Android material design principles, web design principles. Knowledge of IOS design principles a plus.
- Strong believer of mobile-first and responsive design.
