Job Profile
This is an opportunity to work in digital trucking environment and drive growth through developing channel partners and on-boarding truckers to our digital platform. This person will work closely with Co-founders of the company and ensure trucks supply to meet demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate and add aggregators to become Mavyn Truckers Partners (TP).
- To add Truckers on Mavyn platform to do business.
- Monitoring of freight rates for designated market on continuous basis.
- Fleet managing and scheduling.
- Resolving Trucker, Driver and operational issues.
- Ensuring timely deliveries and payments.
- Responsible for resolution of all crisis management related in -transit problems.
- Coordinate with sales team for hassle-free pickup & delivery of shipments.
Desired Candidates:
- Graduate with experience 0-2 years.
- Should be able to take ownership and multitasker.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills. Haryanvi a plus point.
- Preferred: Experience of working in FMCG sector.
