Job Description
Haritash Group is looking for Manager – Guest Experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a
pivotal role in driving performance, achieving sales targets, and delivering
exceptional customer experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in
marketing initiatives and referral programs to generate qualified leads.
- Drive lead conversion to meet
monthly retail targets.
- Maintain regular contact with
prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Ensure a warm and professional
showroom experience, including refreshments and lounge comfort.
- Conduct customer need analysis,
vehicle demonstrations, and test drives to create compelling product
experiences.
- Present tailored product
offerings and highlight competitive advantages of Audi vehicles.
- Assist customers with finance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in
automotive sales or customer relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and
communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and
data analysis.
- Customer-centric mindset with
problem-solving abilities.
